Removing background noise in Audacity

I always forget how to do this!

1. Select some sample noise
2. Select Effect > Noise Reduction
3. Click on Get Noise Profile
4. Select all of the track
5. Select Effect > Noise Reduction
6. Set your configurations
   1. 6-12 on Noise reduction db
   2. 6ish on Sensitivity, or lowest level that removes most noise
   3. lower is better
